Customer created cost center 20 and 30, 20 being the existing data
so when they enter 20 as the orphan account to transfer to, all
the comparative data is moved to cost center 20
added restaurant (cost center 30) which prompted need to seperate the 2
Setup / Company / options - "Use Cost Centers and Departments"
to tell the program to use the newly created cost centers.
