Balance Sheet - Flex Report
On Flex report Setup the "Totals" section on the account before the account affected had
1 and 2 checked in the "Add Balance into Totals". Totals sections should not have anything checked in
that section.....only in "Zero Totals"
each property has 3 flex lines

Advance 0 lines before printing

"Accounts" Tab
Make sure beginning and ending accounts are correct
* Check "Print One Line For Each Account In Range"
"Totals" Tab
* Check "1" and "2" in "Add Balance into Totals:"
"This Line prints Total Number" should be 0
