Copy Employee Settings

If you have imported employees into Client Write Up and they don't have Additions/deductions setup and you want to set
them up all the same.

SETUP
PAYROLL
EMPLOYEE UTILITES
SUBSTITUTE OR ADD PR ITEMS

Click "Add PR Items"
Click "Toggle Employee Selection"
Click either "Additions" or "Deductions"

Click items 1 at a time under "Add This Item"
click "OK"

If you have a customer with no employees and your adding them and you want them all to be the same

Setup the 1st employee the way you want the rest to be and then be sure to click "Use this record as default (standard new emplyee settings)
Click "OK"

Now every time you add a NEW employee it will have the same settings as the first one.
