If you need to enter budgets for multiple years. The system is capable of storing two budgets. If you go into the budget setup and enter a name or year (I recommend year) in the box at the bottom of the budget screen and then click 'close' the system will store the current budget with that name. Re-open the budget screen, type a new name in the box and click close and you will create a 2nd budget . To move between the budgets click the 'swap budgets' button.
