Delete the following Registry Key. Do this by hitting Windows Key+r and typing regedit.exe in the box and hitting OK. Drill down through the registry till you find this key and delete it. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\PendingFileRenameOperations
